Your wedding is coming to an end and all you have to do is exit with your new spouse. But how? There are a plethora of fun and exciting exit ideas that it can be hard to choose. We have a list of ideas for you to get thinking and see if any of these will be exciting for you and your crew! But keep in mind that some venues may not allow some of these ideas. So please check with your venue prior to doing any of the following ideas:
- Sparkler send-off – Always a classic! Great for summer weddings and of course would have to be outside. This is a great way to make a fun tunnel leading to your getaway vehicle.
- Confetti – Some venues may not allow this due to the clean up factor. But how fun would it be for all your guests to be tossing confetti as you leave?
- Blowing Bubbles – Making a tunnel similarly to the sparklers. But instead, blowing bubbles!
- Ribbons – Some decide to give their guests ribbons on sticks with bells on them to wave around as you leave. A much cleaner idea if that’s the route you want to go.
- Glow sticks! – If you aren’t interested in sparklers, waving glow sticks around may be a better plan.
- Lantern send-off – Again similar to sparklers, but instead, your guests will release a lantern! Maybe they even write a message of well wishes for you and your partner on there before sending it off.
All in all, there are plenty of fun and exciting exit ideas you and your new spouse can do. It’s just a matter of what your venue allows, and what you both want to do. Will you go off into the night with glow sticks or sparklers? Or will you go off with ribbons waving in the air? It’s preference and alliance. Whatever you decide to do, it’s guaranteed to be a beautiful and exciting adventure!
