Integrated Sound System & House Lighting: This feature allows you to play music throughout the venue using a wireless, high-quality sound system. Also included is use of 2 wireless microphones and our beautiful pendant house lighting that will enhance any event.
House Tables and Chairs: Our package includes our house tables and chairs for up to 150 guests. Alternative and/or additional seating or tables can be provided for an additional charge.
SmartGlass Visual Design Wall: This can be used for presenting and collaborating. The SmartGlass wall is 21 feet wide and 10 ½ feet high and capable of being used as a whiteboard, for presenting, or a combination of both at the same time! Our top of the line technology makes it simple to use your own device while presenting for a stress free meeting!
Catering Kitchen Access: Our catering kitchen is available for use by you or your chosen caterer to plate and serve food for your guests.
Pre-Event Venue Layout & Design Meeting: You’ll have the option to choose from a selection of elegant room designs to create the perfect setting for your event. You’ll be able to choose from various styles, colors, and layouts to suit your tastes. This can be either in person or virtual depending on your preference.
Floorplan Management Tool: This tool provides access to a collaborative system for you and your vendors. Allowing you to create your preferred seating chart and your vendors to be informed of your guest count and design whereabouts.
