When it comes to wedding planning, there are a crazy amount of details that go into it. From the lighting, to floral arrangements, to colors, and even down to the place settings. • Welcome Sign – this is very necessary for the ceremony location so guests know they are in the right place. You can reuse this sign at the reception as well if it’s in a different location than the ceremony. But it’s not necessary.
• Guest Book Sign – This should be a sign to inform guests that you want them to sign your guestbook. If it’s not a traditional guestbook, let them know exactly what you’re looking for so you get what you want out of it.
• Bar Sign – Some venues may already have a sign or list of their offerings. If so, you may not need this. But if you have signature drinks you plan to have, you will definitely want a sign for that so your guests know what to order. 
• Seating Chart – Unless you plan to have an open house style wedding, a seating chart is a MUST. This allows you to place your guests in groups you feel they would be most comfortable in. That way nobody is feeling left out by sitting far away from their closest friends or family. A seating chart is also a great replacement at a reception for a welcome sign if it’s in a new location.
• Table Numbers – To go along with the seating chart, table numbers are incredibly important. Your guests won’t know where to sit without a number telling them the table they are assigned. 
• Cards & Gifts Sign – Many guests who bring a gift or card to the wedding will wonder and ask where they can put them. Which is exactly why it’s important to have a sign showing where they go. 
• Memory Table SIgn – This is important only if you decide to have a memory table. That way, your guests will be able to acknowledge those who were important to you in your life, and would have been there if they could have.
• Reserved Signs – Having these signs are a must for your ceremony. You can place them at the end of rows meant for your immediate family and those you plan to have sit up in the first few rows.
