Integrated Sound System & House Lighting: This system allows you to play music throughout the venue using a wireless, high-quality sound system. You can play pre-selected playlists or DJ in real time using your device. Also included is our beautiful pendant house lighting that will enhance any event.
House Tables and Chairs: Our Essential package includes tables and chairs for guests to use during the event. The number of tables and chairs provided will depend on the size of your guest list.
Catering Kitchen Access: Our catering kitchen is available for use by you or your chosen caterer to plate and serve food for your guests.
10-Hour Consecutive Venue Access: Our Essential package includes up to 10 hours of consecutive access to the venue on the day of the event, giving you plenty of time to set up, have the ceremony or party, take photos, and celebrate with your guests.
Pre-Wedding Venue Layout & Design Meeting: With this package, you’ll have the option to choose from a selection of elegant room designs to create the perfect setting for your event. You’ll be able to choose from various styles, colors, and layouts to suit your tastes.
Seating Chart Management Tool: This tool provides access to a collaborative system for you and your vendors. Allowing you to create your preferred seating chart and your vendors to be informed of your guest count and design whereabouts.
Day of Event Coordination: This package includes a day of Event Coordinator who will provide direction to vendors upon arrival and departure to assist with space utilization including but not limited to: Wi-Fi usage, venue tech set-up, finding items in storage, etc.
